- Warranty does not cover depression of less than 25 mm for mattresses up to thickness of 125 mm or 37 mm for mattresses above thickness of 125 mm, under normal conditions of domestic use.
- Dimensional tolerance: tolerance for RIFURN mattresses is length or width ±15 mm.

- The company's decision will be final on the nature of the defects and applicability of the warranty.
- Opening of stitches (both quilt and tape edge) that is reported after 30 days of the purchase will not be covered under the warranty.
- Warranty does not cover preferences in comfort level or firmness.
- No warranty on free gifts.
- Firmness and softness of a mattress are relative terms and everyone experiences them differently based on their weight and sleeping patterns. Feel and comfort are not covered under warranty. It is recommended that customers visit our stores to experience the products.
Warranty settlement value (WSV)
- No offer or schemes will be applicable on warranty settlement, that is replacement or up-gradation.
Complaints received within the first year of purchase
- The company will replace the defective mattress with a new RIFURN mattress of the same model and size as was purchased earlier. No offer or scheme will be applicable.
- In case the earlier product has been discontinued or upgraded, a "Credit Voucher" will be issued as per the warranty terms applicable. This can be adjusted against a fresh purchase of any RIFURN mattress.
Complaints received from the second year onwards
- Pro-rata terms will be applicable while calculating the WSV.
- For pro-rata calculations, the invoice value, as applicable on the customer's purchase date, will be considered.
- The customer has the choice of either buying the same model or upgrading to a higher model of RIFURN, by paying the difference over the WSV.
Pro-rata warranty calculation method
For example, if a mattress worth ₹1,000 with a warranty of 10 years develops a problem after 7 years of use, the amount is calculated as follows.
(Purchase price × balance period of warranty) ÷ total years of warranty
1,000 × (10 − 7) ÷ 10 = ₹300
General guidance and care
- Initially you may take some time to get used to the new mattress, and your body may tell you so. Your body will soon adjust to the benefits of your new mattress while your mattress also adjusts to your sleeping style. This may take several weeks, and you may experience differential softening.
- Body impressions are expected within a period of time. The more plush or thicker your mattress, the more comfort layers it will contain. Please rotate your mattress every 2 weeks for the first 4 months and every 3 months thereafter, using all surfaces of the mattress to enable even settling of the comfort layers. Some models may have directional instructions, like head and feet rotation.
- Ensure that the length and width of the bed match the mattress, for a proper fit and to avoid damaging your mattress.
- A base that is not supportive or resists air circulation may damage your mattress and VOID your warranty. If you have a slat base or slatted bed frame, please confirm that the slats are supported in the middle of the bed with a centre support leg or substantial support beam. Do not lay the mattress on an uneven bed surface and do not keep any items below your mattress.
- In case of storage beds, we recommend that you remove the mattress before opening the storage space, as it can have a roll-together effect on your mattress and damage it. This is not considered a fault with the mattress.
- Avoid sitting on the edges of the mattress and avoid prolonged habitual sitting on the same part of the mattress while watching television and so on, for a longer durability of your mattress.
- Avoid exposure to excessive moisture or humidity, temperature or other extreme environmental conditions.
- Before use, remove the polythene packaging, as it is meant only for protection during transit.
- Bending, folding, dragging, standing or jumping on the mattress can damage your mattress.
- Your mattress has been specially packed for transit safety and it may take 2 to 3 days for the length and width to settle down to the actual size, after it has been taken out of its tight packaging.
